I'm Scout, a 9-month-old Retriever and Labrador mix, and I’m all about the belly rubs and tail wags! 🎉 After 7 months with my first owner, they couldn't keep me due to their new living situation. Now, I’m in foster care, dreaming of a forever home where I can truly belong. Could it be with you?
